Cindy joined Hulsey Therapy Services when it was founded in 1999. She has more than 30 years experience managing rehabilitation offices.
She and husband, Russ, live near Lone Oak. They have one daughter and son-in-law and are the proud grandparents of three girls. They also have a son and daughter-in-law who live in Virginia.
