Greg Hulsey, PT, DPT, ATC, LAT, ACI President-CEO, Administrator hulsey@hulseytherapy.com Dr Greg Hulsey, dually licensed as a Physical Therapist and an Athletic Trainer, is the Founder, President, and Administrator of Hulsey Therapy Services, PC. Dr Hulsey received his Bachelor's of Science degree from East Texas State University in Biological Sciences. In 1989, he received another Bachelors of Science degree in Physical Therapy from U.T. Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. He then competed further clinical studies through AT Stills University/Arizona School of Health Sciences, and has earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT). Some of Dr Hulsey's areas of specialties include sports medicine and orthopedics. He also currently serves as an adjunct faculty member at Texas A&M University-Commerce in the Athletic Training curriculum, and is also the Team Physical Therapist for the University football team. Dr Hulsey stays very active in the community. He has been a Board-of-Director for the Commerce Chamber of Commerce, is currently the Committee Chairman for the Local Boy Scouts of America Troop 323. He is also currently working towards his Black Belt in TaeKwonDo, an avid golfer, and is an active member at his Church. Dr Hulsey and his wife, Alicia, are the proud parents of 2 sons.

Keith Stroud, PT Physical Therapist, Commerce Facility Director.   Keith serves as Facility Director of the Commerce Facility. He graduated with his Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center of Dallas School of Physical Therapy in 1988. Keith also serves as the facility's Clinical Instructor for students who come to this facility for their internships. Keith and wife Rori are the proud parents of two children, one son and one daughter.

Blake Randle, PT, DPT, CES Physical Therapist, Greenville Facility Director  Dr Randle, a Physical Therapist, graduated in 2000 from Texas A&M University - Commerce with a B.S. in Biological Sciences. He then earned a Master's degree from Texas Tech University Health Science Center in 2003 in Physical Therapy. He then competed further clinical studies through AT Stills University/Arizona School of Health Sciences, and has earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT). Dr Randle is the Clinical Director of Hulsey Therapy Services, PC in Greenville Texas. Dr Randle and his wife, Bree, are the proud parents of two children.

Lacy Witt, BS, PTA Physical Therapist Assistant   Lacy graduated from Texas A&M - Commerce in 2001 with a bachelor's degree. She then completed Physical Therapy Assistant School from Tarrant County College in 2003. Lacy and her husband, Ronnie, are the proud parents of three children.

Donne Janes, PTA Physical Therapist Assistant Donne graduated from North Texas Community College with a degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant Dec 2008. Donne and husband, Jonathan, live in Cooper Texas, and are expecting their first child.

Lindsay Glossup, PTA Physical Therapist Assistant Lindsay graduated from North Texas Community College with a degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant Dec 2008. Lindsay and husband Jeremy live in Lake Creek Texas.

Cassie McClendon, PTA Physical Therapist Assistant Cassie graduated from North Texas Community College with a degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant Dec 2009.

Kellie McBroom, MS, OTR/L Occupational Therapist   Kellie graduated with her Bachelor's degree in 1997 from The University of Maine. She then went on to receive her Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from The University of Southern Maine in 1999. Kellie has worked in a wide variety of settings; therefore she brings with her advanced skills in Pediatric care as well as Upper Extremity/Hand therapy to this facility. Kellie and her husband, Mike, live in Celeste Texas with their three sons.

Kimberly Moore, COTA Occupational Therapist Assistant   Kimberly graduated with her Associates degree in 1996 from Austin Community College in Texas.  Kimberly has also attended Oklahoma State University, and Texas Woman’s University.  She has worked in a wide variety of settings; and is a certified Aquatics Instructor Kimberly and her husband, Michael, live in Sulphur Springs Texas with their four daughters.

Kjerstin Gardner, MS, ATC, LAT, ACI Athletic Trainer  Kjerstin graduated with her Bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University. She then went on to receive her Masters Degree in Sports Studies from Texas A&M University - Commerce 2008. Kjerstin has worked in a wide variety of settings; therefore she brings with her advanced skills in Athletic Training to the HTS team. Kjerstin is married to husband, Aaron, and they are expecting.

Diane Grisham, LMSW Licensed Social Worker   Diane, a Licensed Social Worker, has contracted her professional services to this facility since January of 2002. She has been a great asset in helping our patients with a multitude of situations and concerns through the process of returning or modifying our patients back in the community/work. Diane has many years of expertise in providing caring, compassionate assistance to her patients. Diane and her husband, Don, have one son.

Kay Sanders, MS, CCC-SLP Licensed Speech Pathologist   Kay, a Licensed Speech Pathologist, has contracted her professional services to this facility since January of 2005. She has been a great asset in helping our patients with a multitude of communication, swallowing, and cognitive disorders. Kay has many years of expertise in providing caring, compassionate therapy to her patients.

Office Staff

Alicia Hulsey Accounting/Bookkeeping Manager Alicia graduated from Texas A&M University-Commerce with a Bachelor's of Business degree in Marketing. After graduation, Alicia worked extensively for Texas A&M University-Commerce in the Secondary and Higher Education Department. She now works exclusively for HTS in charge of Accounts Payable and Invoice Data Entry. Alicia and her husband, Greg, are the parents of two sons.

Cindy Garmon Bussines Office Director garmon@hulseytherapy.com Cindy joined Hulsey Therapy Services when it was founded in 1999. She has more than 15 years experience managing rehabilitation offices. She and husband, Russ, live near Lone Oak. They have one daughter and son-in-law and are the proud grandparents of three girls. They also have one son who is in his medical residency in Virginia .

Heather George Business Office Manager - Commerce george@hulseytherapy.com Heather came to Hulsey Therapy Services with 8 years background in Medical Billing.  She has had experience working in the front office of this facility, and has recently become the Commerce - Business Office Manager.  Heather and her husband, Chris, have two daughters.

Marci Johnson Business Office Manager - Greenville johnson@hulseytherapy.com Marci has been affiliated with the Physical Therapy setting for 14 years. Marci graduated in 1994 from Greenville Christian High School. Marci has also attended East Texas State University. Marci and her husband, Derek, have two daughters.

Crystal Fisher Business Office - Greenville Crystal graduated from high school in 2000.  She attended Paris Junior College. Crystal joined Hulsey Therapy Services, in 2006 Crystal is married to husband Jason.

Crystal Strickland Business Office - Commerce Crystal has 8 years of previous experience in the Medical Billing Field. Crystal and her husband Neal, have one son..

Support Staff

Ashlie Wade Therapy Technician - Greenville   Ashlie has been with Hulsey Therapy since 2006.  She has attended Paris Jr College and is applying to Physical Therapy Assistant School. Ashlie is expecting her first child.

Rachael Yowell Therapy Technician - Greenville Rachael joined the Hulsey Therapy staff in 2006 and plans to pursue becoming a Phsyical Therapist Assistant  Rachael and her husband Scott have two boys

Whitney Watson Therapy Technician - Commerce Whitney is a graduate from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. She is currently working towards applying to Physical Therapy School. Whitney is married to husband, Brandon, and they are expecting their first child

Kendra Camblin Therapy Technician - Commerce Kendra is currently attending Texas A&M University - Commerce, where she plans to pursue further studies by going to Physical Therapy School.

Chad Nowlin Therapy Technician - Commerce Chad is currently attending Texas A&M University - Commerce, where he plans to pursue further studies by going to Physical Therapy School.

Brittney Morton Therapy Technician - Commerce Brittney graduated from Texas A&M University-Commerce in 2008 with her BS degree in Kinesiology. Brittney plans to attend Physical Therapy School.
